Haven’t drawn in a crazy amount of days. Mostly because I’ve been going through a veeeery drawn out job applicationy thing, got through three rounds of interviews, then Saturday night got an email saying I’d been unsucessful.
It wouldn’t be so bad if I’d not gotten through an earlier round, but to fall at the last hurdle is very dissapointing. I’ll try to do some work tonight though.
I allowed myself a Sunday of an uncharacteristically dark and sulky mood, and so now it’s time to chin up, get out there and find the next opportunity. A better one. With kittens. And cake.
And of course, constantly appreciative of the fact that I already have a job, and not only that but one that (as much as I complain) is enjoyable for the most part, when so many poor folks don’t. Hopefully the postion went to one of them, though I know it’s definatly gone to someone crazily excited and passionate about it. Whoever you are, congrats buddy.
